Get a mole checked out?

Today I noticed that the mole on my boob that has been there since I was like 5, looked different. It used to be a perfect circle and now it looks like a tilted heart. There may also be some colour change, but I am not sure (obviously I don't have any photos of it since it is on my boob, so I can't see if it actually changed). I'm only 19, could my boobs still grow a tiny bit and that caused it to change shape or could it be something dangerous? I am abroad right now, will be for 1 and a half more months. I prefer not going to the doctor here so that is why I am asking. If it's most likely not dangerous I will wait until I get home.
