Am I the only person like this?

I always want to message random girls and start conversations, if I have them added on Facebook and they say something is bothering them I always want to help them even without knowing them. Just to support them. Or just to be friends with someone. I never do because I'm too shy and anxious about what they'll say, but I'm wondering am I the only person like this? I have no friends really and wish I could put myself out there without letting my anxiety take over...Lol. I'm sorry this is random i was just thinking about it.. 😂😂
