Hpv and having sex?

Can I still have unprotected sex with my husband if I have HPV? It's most likely he had it too. So what do we do now?

I had HPV and told my fiancé about it before we ever slept together over 4 years ago. He did his is own research and was fine with having unprotected sex. My HPV resolved itself a couple years ago and I’ve had clean paps since 2015. We’re now expecting a baby boy!

I have HPV. There is always a chance my husband can get it only way to know is to continue to get him tested if they come back negative but I had a LEEP done and I haven't tested positive for it since. I know it's life long but all of my tests have been good since I had the LEEP done. If your husband doesn't mind then don't use protection. If he does then I would use protection.
