well to start off: 1. I want to start eating healthier. 2. I want to start exsercising once a day, everyday because: I'm 15 And I'm 240 lbs. And id like to lose weight to become more of a healthy weight and become more confident with mshelf any good salad recipes or topping to make a salad more tasty to eat lol?
