Do guys normally last 10 seconds ? 😐😑

ugh, I've been single for like 5 years, waiting for the right "one" to be in a relationship with. Someone who connects with me and we get along as friends and lovers. So like recently i met this guy, and we've been dating for almost three months. He was awesome! Really sweet and waited for me to feel comfortable for us to have sex. Today we started messing around, and twice he only lasted 10 seconds 😑. At first I was a little confused thinking is it me, is this normal?? I left frustrated and eventually told him that I didn't want to be involved with him anymore. But after going online and finding that this is a normal thing, I kinda feel bad. Is there something I could do to help him, or should I just let him go?
