How long after babies "dropped" did you go into labor?

I'm having twins and babies dropped this week. (The picture below is for comparison.) I'm hoping this means I'll be going into labor within the next 2 weeks. 
The left side is now and the right side is two weeks ago.

I dropped around 30 weeks and went into labor at 39 weeks. 😳

I dropped at like 35 weeks and never went into labor. Had to have a scheduled c section.

honestly never dropped with my first and and she was always low, but never felt any pressure. turns out she was face presentation and couldn't come out the natural way. hoping for a vbac, but I'm 36w 2 days and been low this entire time too. still no pressure and feel bumps to the cervix. I'm hoping for a miracle I don't need another csection 😔
