How often do you text your SO when you are not together?

when my husband and I are not together (At work, or other times when we are in separate places) we don't text, talk, or video chat unless there is information that either one needs to know  (dinner, I'll be out late, meet me here, etc.) just curious on how often other couples communicate when they are not together.

I'd wanna strangle my SO if he texted me every couple minutes of the day, like who is that needy, live your life, I'll see you later

We text once or twice a day.

He texts more now that I’m pregnant again. I find it annoying now. I used to go all day until he was done and leaving the shop he’d call and ask we need anything. Now he calls every 1.5 hours to 2 hours.

I text him whenever I think of something to tell him. Some days we might exchange 5-6 messages in a 12 hour day. Others it’s more like 50-60+.

We communicate through out the day pretty often. Sometimes we email or text 
Not every hour tho 
There could be days we email in the morning and I won't hear from him until 2 or so

During the normal work day, we rarely text. I’ll ask him if he needs anything at the store or what he wants for dinner. Sometimes he’ll check   in to see how our daughter is doing but that’s about it. When we’re legitimately apart (he’s military) then we talk as often as possible. Which sometimes is once every few days depending on where he is lol we’ve also lived separately A few times as well. In those cases, we talk a lot throughout the day. Again, as often as we can.

While he's at work I send him cute pictures of me and the dogs (and share my location when we go on walks), he'll send me little funny stories about his day. We're not constantly talking but we're also never really not talking.

My husband always texts me when he gets to work. Then throughout the day we may randomly text something if we read a news story or whatever. Then one of us texts the other around or just after lunch with how's your day going? Then my husband usually calls on his way home to see if I need anything or to talk about dinner. We both work so we can't be up each other's butts all day lol

I’m a sahm and my husband works 12 hours a day. We’ve been married 4.5 years, together 7.  We text a couple times a day, sometimes it’s cute quotes that remind us of each other, sometimes it’s me asking what sounds good for dinner...and he FaceTimes me on his lunch every day to see the baby and just to say hey, “love you”.

Live together & been together for almost 7 years. We don't text, unless we need to tell eachother something, same with calling. Every once in a while I'll test him to have a good day at work if he leaves while I'm still asleep.
