I’m literally like a food addict I need advice on how to stop it for my health! I went to McDonald’s right now got a McGriddle and small mocha than to Starbucks to get a breakfast sand Wich I stoped and thought to myself wtf am I doing to myself imma die at 30 if I keep this up! Any advice on how to stop cravings and stop eating fast food? Thanks
