Found flea on my dog?!

I found a massive flea on my dog on his under belly! I'm not sure what to do? I'm scared of my house being infested it's making me paranoid, the dogs are in the garage until I figure out a plan. I'm 12 weeks pregnant and scared of getting an infection or one attaching to me. I don't want to get rid of my dogs I just need a solution to kill all of them in the house and on my animals. I honestly feel like burning the house down I'm so disgusted and mad I didn't catch it soon 😢😡
