Is there a chance for my baby?

I had a drs apt at 6 weeks 1 day, did ultrasound because I've been having cramping and light spotting, couldn't see anything so the dr wanted to get blood work to check my hcg levels over 2 days. My numbers didn't double and I started having very light spotting again. I went into the drs cause I was freaking out and I was told I'm going to miscarry..

I'm currently still spotting but nothing else.. so I guess my question is, is there ANY hope for my baby? I have a drs apt next Wednesday if nothing passes.. I'm trying to keep as much hope as I can that there is a heartbeat next week. Anyone else been told your going to miscarry and baby survived?
