I can't stand sleeping with my husband!!!

I an literally at my wit's end. We live in an apartment with a queen size bed and no room for another. Our couch is way too tiny to sleep on.

He is LOUD and inconsiderate. I'm not just talking about snoring - he will get up earlier than me and keep poking me, touching me with his feet, moving around, making loud noises until I wake up too. Instead of lying quietly or leaving the room, he'll just stay in bed. He will fart and snore extremely loudly (I'm talking so loud I wake up with earplugs in). Often he rolls on top of me and completely flattens my right side. I've been dealing with shoulder and back pain and I'm chronically exhausted and frustrated.

Short of kicking him out, what can I do? He has no known sleep disorders and claims to sleep fine. I am SO Frustrated!!!!!!!!
