Giving up😞

Hey ladies just wondering it’s been 6 years sing TTC baby number 3 and haven’t had any luck I have seen a professor 👨‍🏫 and done all blood work and a Hycosy exam to see if my tube is blocked all came back very good and my ovary is doing great I only have 1 tube and ovary as I had an ectopic pregnancy in 2009. I feel pregnant with my second son in 2010 on clomid in 1 go since then no luck at all and SO is all clear is there any advice I can get to help me fall pregnant plz thanks in advance.
