Hot flashes absolutely yes! I'm in my second trimester and seriously I get hot flashes everyday. I asked the midwife and she said it's so normal that she recommends all her moms to bring a fan into the delivery room! Haha
It's something to do with the increased estrogen while pregnant. I'm lucky that I have hot flashes even not pregnant so now I have even more estrogen it's pretty bad haha.
