Vaginismus????
Hello,
I’ve been doing some research because my husband and I have been trying to have sex, every time we try he can’t insert and it’s just painful. I’ve been doing other things to keep the sex life going but idk. Does anyone know about vaginismus? Any treatment or exercise that allow the vagina not to close off.
