Can’t get my motivation back
I started Slimming World around 18 months ago, and in that time I’ve lost 2 stone (not sure what that is in kg!) but I’ve noticed that over the last few weeks I’ve lost my motivation with eating right, ive started to grab all the things I know I shouldn’t be eating 😐🙊
How can I get my motivation back and get my mind set back into eating properly? (I’ve already considered hiding all the ‘bad’ things I shouldn’t be eating!)
