please help me!
omg my neighbors downstairs are smoking in the room under mine ( i live in the middle floor of a 3 story) and my bedroom smells like cigarettes! how can i get rid of the smell?
the landlord already has issues with them and is trying to get them out. i cant really say anything to them about it.
