37weeks yet very scared to go now, is his normal?????

Ladies idk what's wrong with me this isn't my first baby (well for my fiancé it is💙💙) but it's been yrssssssss.... I'm 37weeks today yesterday my GYN said its fine to go now he was excited for us and said lets go guys lets get this show going lol well is it me or does this seem alil early still. I'm 1cm cervix soft he said but I've been at 1for two weeks now. I walk and walk and I'm really not forcing my baby out just yet. But I have an overwhelmingly thought that 37weeks means nicu time and I don't know why I feel this way. It's like I went into panic mode today for some reason yet I've been waiting for so long to hit 37weeks and to hear my dr says it's time and it's okay to labor if I do now means everything but idk. What's the difference in one week to 38 weeks I ask myself I keep saying god I wanna go to 38weeks at least orrrrr and I just terrified of labor? Ladies who delivered at 37weeks did everything go okay? Am I panicked for no reason.p.s. I have a yoga ball and tell me why I just sit on it I'm even afraid to bounce 😂😂😂😂😂😂
