How to stay consistent????!!!
I’m trying to lose weight, so I’ve been doing the ACV with water & organic lemon juice in the mornings and at night. I also have been trying to drink more water and eat right but I cannot stay consistent. Any tips on how to lose weight? Like eat before 8, etc etc? I work out with a trainer from 7:30-8:15.. and I come straight from work, so should I eat before I work out or no? Also, I’m trying to lose 20 lbs then go from there. What should I cut out and what can I eat? Please help!!
