No urge to have sex

I’m going to be 40 weeks this weekend and everyone keeps telling me and my fiancé to have sex to speed up the process. Since about 30 weeks I haven’t wanted to have sex (we’ve tried a few times but it hurts and I get sick) I know it sucks for him but everyone makes me feel worse about it because they act like I should be giving him it all the time. It’s a struggle for me to even get into bed half the time because I’m so tiny but my belly is huge. Has anyone lost interest for sex as they got further along?
