Acne help

I've been on clomid for awhile and I always seem to breakout while I'm on it. I've had acne on my back since I started it. I no longer wear anything that shows my back and refuse to wear a bathing suit. The problem is, I'm in my cousins wedding in June and the dress she choose, shows off my back. I need to get this under control, but I'm pregnant and don't know what is safe to use. Any ideas on how to get rid of the acne and acne scars or cover it up well that day? I have short hair that doesn't cover my back. Thanks!
