Am I considered late? Help

My last period started on September 5th, 2017. My cycles are always 31 days and last for 7 days. Today makes 31 days and I still have not started my period. I’m not sure when I ovulated but the only times I had unprotected sex was the 20th through the 22nd. (Hubby and I just stopped “really trying”) we said if it’s meant to happen then it will. I took a test on tuesday and it was negative.
