My almost 1 year old had tear duct probing done in office yesterday. She's had a clogged duct in one eye since she was born, often wakes up with a crusted eye and it's constantly watering. My question is if your child had this procedure, how long did it take for the eye to stop watering or producing discharge?? They told me by today I would notice a difference and I'm wondering if it didn't work because she still is getting discharge. I think it would take some time for swelling etc to go down but I don't know. I tried calling the doc but they haven't called me back yet! Thanks for any information!!
