Do you get anxiety when a stranger talks to you?
I don't know why, but I constantly have dudes asking how I'm doing, what's my name etc when I'm out in public && I get really bad anxiety and answer them and kinda just walk away. Like I went to go check my mail & a dude was talking to a girl and he was like 'how you doin'. I just said I'm alright and walked back to my house. I feel kinda rude now cause usually I'll be like I'm good how are you? But I just get very overwhelmed sometimes.
