CRAMPS HELP

Hey girls, I’m 13 years old and started my period two months ago for the first time.

I always have cramps (not only during my period) and I’m talking about MAJOR cramps

When I get cramps at school I literally randomly scream because they hurt so much also all my girl friends got their period in 5-6 grade and they taught me anything about periods lol

I actually started at school and all my girl classmates were very supportive and I loved it

But does someone know how to stop cramps or make them don’t hurt as much?
