when did you get sore breasts?

i never ever ever have gotten sore breasts before and im on vacation with my husband atm and my breasts have been terribly sore for 3 straight days now.. to the point where i had to just but a hot towel on them. the thing is im only about 8dpo according to glow... so that means it started at 5dpo?... I've also had bad cramps feeling like when youre ovulating, ive been a lot more hungry and I'm usually not at all, ive been peeing so much more than usual as well, ive have weird cramps in my lower back as well and on a side note I've had off and on nausea and severe headaches for a little over a month now ... anyone have ANY input? I just need opinions
