A kept woman

I can’t help but feel slightly offended by a friend hinting at me being a kept woman. I am self employed and business is a little slow but I pretty much get to set my own hours. I’m a birth Doula so sometimes I am gone for 2-3 days at a time.

However my kids are in school army husband is the breadwinner so I keep up the House the best I can and try to keep life running smoothly.

I dunno. Maybe I am being sensitive.

Kept woman. Does not have a 9-5 job outside of the home.
