Do I still have a chance this month?:/

Question

I had sex September 29, October 1, October 3rd 
On October 3rd is when I got a positive ovulation test but then my partner didn’t want to have sex last night so I’m kind of worried I might have missed our chance :( 
Any advice? I’m new at this whole ttc thing

I've read that sperm can survive in a woman's body for up to 5 days. I'm hoping this is true because I'm in the same boat as you,  had sex on September 30 and October 1 I ovulated on the 3rd. Baby dust to everyone
