Cat box

I’m 12 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I have a cat. She’s strictly indoor cat. And I have no one to clean her box out for me so I usually put a T-shirt over my mouth or a mask. And tonight I was dumping it and I got some whiffs of it. Since she’s a indoor cat. Should I be worried? She has worms that I’m about to get a pill for. But I’m still kinda skeptical about getting whiffs of it. And I got whiffs of non used cat litter
