Cramps!!! Help!!!!
I've been having cramps for two straight days now and they have been really strong and super painful. I've taken midol and have had a constant heating pad on all day and nothing. They are hurting so bad it's hard to stand and makes my stomach hurt. Any ideas on what to do to help relieve the pain? Please help!!
