I'm 18 and I'm very mature for my age (I pay my own bills, getting ready to move out, etc.) I met this guy on Tinder and we've been on a few pretty sophisticated dates so far. Neither of us mind the age difference because we have a lot in common and we just click. Do you think 18 and 25 is too much of an age difference?

Personally, being 26, I have no freaking idea what I'd have in common with an 18 year old. I couldn't do it. But plenty of people do just fine with age gaps like that, and even more. My grandma is 12 years older than her husband. My dad is 48 and his wife is 34 lmao.

Legally nothing wrong and if you click that great! Just keep in mind that at those ages you two are likely to be at very different points in your lives, even if you are very mature for 18. Make sure you’re not the type of girl that is going to be jealous and insecure if he goes to a bar and you can’t go. He may have had 7 years of experience in life that you just haven’t had time to to experience. Granted I don’t know your personal life or his but these are just things to keep in mind.

I was 18 and I dated a 41 year old...lol...helped that he was kinda immature for his age, I was taking a bath and thought it was going to be awhile when I got out I found he was still playing his video games. He was like what? I'm just playing with a few of my students. He was a college professor.
