Any remedies for oily hair? Edited.

I have super oily hair naturally, or I think it's naturally... idk if I'm just not rinsing my hair well enough, or what. I tried only using shampoo. I tried waiting three days before washing it again, but it didn't work. I'm kind of at a loss here on what to do. It seems if I don't bleach my hair or at least dye it, it will be greasy. My roots grew out and my hair is greasier than ever. I watched some YouTube videos about never using soap in hair, but I'm kind of nervous to try that. Do any of you have any advice?!

I have wavy thin hair, I rinse with medium to hot water and sometimes end with a cold water rinse. I use treseme shampoo and Argon oil conditioner.

I’m a cosmetologist, what kind of shampoo are you using and what kind of texture do you have? Straight, curly, wavy? Fine, medium, or thick hair? Do you rinse with hot water?

Try a little baking soda in with your shampoo for a wash once in a while

Sadly my hair is the same way I just basically gave up lol I’ve tried many many products but I was told having oily hair is better then having dry hair 🤷‍♀️

I find that my hair looks greasy if I let it air dry. Blow drying helps with the greasiness. And I put baby powder in my dry hair before before bed. If I do it in the morning then you can see it. Night before and it soaks up all the oil. It's waaayyyyyyy cheaper than dry shampoo; which I use when I'm styling my hair. With this routine I'm down to needing to wash my hair every 3 days.
Day one: wash, blow dry and style using dry shampoo (baby powder before bed)
Day two: a half up half down kinda style... a little more baby powder before bed
Day three: a messy bun or high ponytail
Day four: repeat! (Could also be called day one I guess!)

I have the same problem! I get so grossed out that I feel like I have to wash it everyday

When your conditioning are you put into it on your scalp?
It should only go on your ends and possibly up to mid hair depending on length
Also a grab oil can be a bit much for some people as with Moroccan oil line
Try a different conditioner see if that helps
Have you tried dried shampoo also? 
I use Pureology and I love it and swear by it
I use the hydrate line but there is one that is full on and also hydrate light

It took my hair about 6 months to be ok on the three day cycle. It just takes time and I suggest start with a two day cycle.

It takes a while for your hair to get used to not being washed everyday. Sometimes I can get away with not washing my hair for 3 days. I dry shampoo in between. Start with every other day, then sometimes do two days. And don't put much conditioner in your scalp, keep it mainly on your ends.
