Boy drama ... help me...

What do I do? There's this boy me and my friend liked but we only thought he was gorgeous then but then she started really liking him so I said nothing and stayed back until he kept talking me to and I realised how much I liked him and he told my friend he doesn't like her he likes me but now she keeps asking if I talk to him and gets jealous and I don't know what I should do...
