Anti Lewis antibodies positive

Hi all, I have my blood for routine test after we found out we are pregnant. Today the midwife called and told me that I am positive for anti Lewis antibodies. She did reassure me that everything is going to be okay and that they will repeat blood test to monitor. Did anyone else have this? I can't help but worry though. We have lost 3 pregnancies. . Thank you for sharing your experience.

P.S. feel much better just sharing it or even saying out loud for the first time that I am pregnant.
