Low sex drive help

Ok ! So i have been with my bf for almost 5 years now . At the beginning of the relationship i had such a high sex drive. Probably because i had been single and not having sex for so long. Fast foward half a year later i have nooo sex drive so i start to think its my birth control so i get off it .. nothing changed and still hasn't . Ill get horny one time a month . This bothers my bf and i understand why..

Any one else experience this ? Wth do i do i miss having a sex drive .. 😢
