So when I got with my now ex we decided that contraception was the best option. The whole time I was on the depo injection (I had around 4-5 needles) I never once had a period. I then decided last December to come off of the depo (due to not being in a relationship or sexually active) it took me from December last year to Friday just gone to start my period again. My last day was today. I was just wondering if anyone else had these problems? And when you were on your period for the first time coming off the depo was it really painful and did you get a lot of back pain? Just want some good news after reading so many bad things that people have went through
