So I really thought this was my month !

Turns out I was wrong & I honestly felt heartbroken ! Still do ! I've been in tears for days ...

Ttc for 4 years now , & had an ectopic earlier this year the fist time catching on 😢

- but I got this delivered at my work today &

It's put a huge smile on my face & I know That I just have to stay positive & be thankful for what I have at the moment
