My doctor said to eat the same way as if I weren’t pregnant. 
She said the needed extra calories is so small that I’ll eat it without even thinking.

I ate the same as before 🤷🏻‍♀️ and if I got snacky between meals, I made sure I ate healthy things like fruit, cheese, yogurt, etc. I'm basically due and have only gained 25lbs. My OB told me my weight is perfect, the baby's weight is perfect, and I did a great job. 
I never counted calories. I just made sure I didn't eat crap 24/7.

This is such BS. I wanted at least an entire second dinner out of this pregnancy 😩😂

I think the rule for a normal BMI prepregnancy is 1st tri- no extra. 2nd tri- 300. 3rd tri- 500. And PP- 500 if you're breastfeeding. Check with your OB though, it's different based on your BMI.
