Should i tell her or not?

i consider myself straight. Only because i never had any experience with another girl. Im the type of person who has to try things before knowing for sure. I have a friend who came out as bisexual. I use to have a crush on her. (I think.) i use to get the butterfly feeling when ever i was around her. Im over her now, the crush only lasted for about a month. I wanted to tell her, so i can just get it off my chest, but im too scared that this might lead to some awkwardness. It doesn't matter ,if i do or dont because the feelings are in the past but some part of me wants to tell her just to see how she would react. So should i tell her or not?
