talk to me, please!

According to nurture I am 3 weeks, 6 days. According to Glow I got my first positive hpt at 6 dpo. I had a beta done on 7dpo- levels at 42- and another beta yesterday at 9dpo- levels are up to 137!!! I am cramping fairly consistently when I'm still for a while, this is normal right? I can't make an appt with my OB til Monday, and he probably won't see me til in 6-10 weeks 😣 My anxiety (literally, I have diagnoses) is skyrocketing with this pregnancy and I'm about to lose my mind🙃
