Would tissue be visible if I miscarry at 4weeks?

I got my period 4 days late and noticed a blood clot with a little bit of grey in it. I got 3 negative pregnancy tests over those 4 days so I don't believe I was ever pregnant and this is just a normal period. No cramping and my flow isn't any heavier then normal

I find if my period was late, even only by a few days I had clots and my flow was slightly heavier with a fair amount of cramping to follow. I recently mc at 9wks, and I passed alot of clots of all shapes and sizes, and it wasnt until a wk later that I had a repeat scan that showed I didnt actually pass the sac, so I had to have a d and c. If all ur test were neg, then there neg, sorry.

I got this last month got 1 very faint positive but nothing else after that then when af came i got a quiet large greyish tissue looking clot, not sure what went on but tried not to think about it as another MC
