Constapated....... TMI

I know this is an awful topic but I'm really suffering. I have a been constipated for a good week or so. And I have a delicate stomach. I'm not sure if my period has anything to do with this, but I CANNOT go to the bathroom easily. It is a serious struggle. I have tried coffee, laxatives, miralax, oranges, high fiber foods you name it!!!!!!! I really am not sure what to do at this point I am so miserable and uncomfortable and I just want this to end. Have you guys gone through anything like this?!?!
