Question

Okay so I took Plan B on October 1st around 10 hours after sex, and today (October 7th) I started bleeding. I was wondering if this is my real period? My actual period was supposed to start on October 20-21st. Also, does this mean Plan B worked? I have no other symptoms from taking Plan B. And my last period was September 22-28. I also took Plan B on September 17th last month. This is only my second time taking it.
