5 weeks 3 days sickness

I’ve felt constantly nauseous for the past four days and nothing seems to help! I’ve been dry heaving but have only thrown up once at this point. I have no appetite whatsoever, and the thought of food makes me want to vomit! Any suggestions for relief, or can anyone relate??
