Solids feeding problem with fruit

Liam started with stage 1 veggies, bc his Dr. recommended it, and it's more nutritious than some fruits.

first: sweet potato, green beans, squash. then we thought we'd just try a fruit or two. to mix up his menu. and go back to veggies a while.

So we began with banana. he ate it, but no real reaction. then apple, he loved it.

So we were doing a mix of fruits and veggies.

next up we did pear. and he made a horrible sour face! and only had a few bites.

peaches came next, and he made an even worse sour face and he even shivered! so, I did 2-3 bites and gave him green beans instead.

he tolerated the pear and peaches long enough to start something new (we do 4 days)

so we did mango. And we got the sour face plus a shiver and he def wasn't eating a second bite..

so, we waited 2 days and continued with veggies, plus chicken.

anyone else's baby not liking fruits?

are some worse than others?

he will eat apple or bananas if its mixed into his oatmeal or rice cereal. or if I add apple to his chicken.

but will eat veggies like there's no tomorrow.

maybe the fruit is just too tangy?

what's your babies favorite fruit? veggie? meal?
