TTC - PCOS & DIABETIC

hi there wondering if anyone can give me any advice. I had a miscarriage last April and didn't go back on to the pill. this year I had periods in February, March and may and nothing since. I am currently on cycle day 136. I have just taken an opk and it's showing I'm ovulating. I've taken loads of pregnancy tests and all BFN. I'm hoping that with the opk showing as positive with a dark line things might be happening. has anyone had any experiences like this or can offer any advice.
