Has anyone tried herbs?

Does anyone have PCOS? Have you tried herbs? what kind? does it work?

I haven't gotten tested yet for pcos or anything, but I do take herbs and vitamins daily. before I started my regiment I didn't get my period for four months before that. immediately started getting it again. I'm taking a bunch of stuff but I do know a lot of it is good for pcos.. First and formost I take premama fertility drink supplement (is specifically for people with pcos I've heard), a prenatal (one a day with dha and folic acid), vitex (to help regulate menstruation and lack there of and hormonal balance), nettles (a nourishing herb), red clover (blood purifier), and lastly bee pollen and royal jelly (it's a two in one that's a superior and very good for fertility). Hope this helps. :) Oh and sometimes I'll take some be around ovulation as it's a very good promoter for it and helps ovulation and fertilization occur. good luck

Yes ma’am!  So far I’m taking an organic prenatal vitamin, a maca root herb, a probiotic and mullein (for healthy bacteria in your gut).  My last period was right on time so I’m hoping it’s working.  There are also oils you can try in a diffuser and I’m going to check into that as well.  No matter what though, do research on your diet bc that’s a huge part of our symptoms!

Yay I'm so happy to see someone interested in a holistic approach!!! I don't know much about PCOS but look up yoni steams i've done it for other reasons but its also good for fertility and promoting ovulation
