feelings funny :/

So I was diagnosed with PCOS last year and my ON gave me Provera and Letrozole to bring on AF and ovulate ( which I haven't taken yet). Well out if no where I got this pain on my left side on Sunday and on Monday morning when I went to the bathroom I looked down in the toilet habit gross I know but who doesn't look (just pee) anyway so I saw this little stringy thing it was like a little balk of blood then a space another ball and space and another ball floating down towards the bottom of the toilet. I didn't think anything of it so my husband and I had a little morning wake up call when he went to shower he goes babe I think AF just made an appearance i was like impossible then Monday night the same thing happened except it wasn't a red color stringy but brown looking. So the last week I've felt sick to my stomach in the mornings can't drink chocolate milk 💔 or eat geound beef for some odd reason and almost puked at work because a co worker brought bacon wrapped chicken which smelled horrible not to mention a customer's perfume smelled nasty. Can anyone shine some light on this for me it's never happened before....TIA
