nose pimple 🙊

looking for advice

when i was in middle school i got what i thought was a pimple on the end of my nose ( a bump) above my nostrils 👉👃👈and I would always pinch it but it would only turn into a scab the remain a bump on my nose. that was when i was 13ish and now im 20 and still have a bump on my nose although i don't pinch it now it's more of a scar. I get really self conscious about the scars i have on my nose and I am sure others can notice them easily. my question is, is there anyways I can get rid of nose scars or bumps without surgury? i want to pierce my nose but my bump makes me second think because i don't want to draw more attention to my nose without having it look ugly.
