Testing hcg after DnC ??

I've been testing down my hcg since my DnC in august 30, taking cheaply test every morning , and had blood drawn 2 weeks ago hcg was at a 20 , the test this morning looks a tad darker to me than the others ? Has anyone had that happen ?

Have you had sex since the mc  if so I'd say new pregnancy
