Is flirting with no intention of pulling cheating?

If your flirting with someone in a playful way but you both no there is nothing more to it would you consider that to be cheating? My boyfriend and I keep having this heated discussion and I wanted some more opinions. I say that I don’t always no if I’m flirting or not as I just have a laugh with people. He says flirting is always done intentionally and therefore is cheating.

Sometimes people flirt unintentionally. I don't think that's cheating. I'm not sure about intentionally though, that would be disrespectful to me but that's just imo.

Flirting, even without the intention of physically cheating is in fact cheating because it is disrespectful to your SO

What is his idea of flirting? What is your idea of flirting? If he acted the way you do to other females how would you feel? All things to consider and discuss with him.

If my boyfriend started flirting with some girl in front of me, I would be beyond pissed.  Flirting IS cheating because you're trying to show someone that you're interested in them despite already being in a relationship.  It's not okay.

I guess it depends on what you both think is flirting. Laughing and talking w a coworker isnt flirting... winking at them, bending over, touching them in a flirty way, sexual inuendos (might've spelled that wrong), is wrong to me

I don't think flirting  is cheating but it's very disrespectful.  If you want/need to flirt with random people, you should probably be single.
